I am an explorer and a guide who thrives on building community for a common purpose. I am curious about human relationships and the practices that support well being. For over 20+ years, I have been in the study of various forms of art that contribute to healing and wellness including culinary arts, healing arts, written word and movement.

I am a Executive Director of Made in New Orleans Foundation and I am a mother of a vibrant 9 year old, Tenzin.

I have received the Ella Brennan “Stand Up For Your Hometown” Award and the Essence “Essential Heroes” Award. I hold a Bachelor of Arts from University of New Orleans. I studied Anthropology and Women’s Studies.
